Taco-Stuffed Pasta Shells

 RITZ Crackers

lb.  ground beef, cooked, drained

container  (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese

can   (14-1/2 oz.) Mexican-style diced tomatoes, drained

 egg
1/2
cup  cilantro, divided
1
cup   tomato sauce
1
cup  TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1
pkg.  (12 oz.) jumbo shell macaroni, cooked, drained
1-1/2
cups  KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese

make it

HEAT oven to 350°F.

POUR milk over crackers in large bowl; let stand 2 min. or until crackers are softened. Add meat, cottage cheese, tomatoes, egg and 1/3 cup cilantro; mix well.

MIX tomato sauce and salsa; pour 1/2 cup onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Fill each shell with 2 Tbsp. meat mixture; place in dish; top with any remaining meat mixture, tomato sauce mixture and shredded cheese. Cover.

BAKE 30 min. or until cheese is melted and shells are heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Let stand 5 min. before serving.

Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

What You Need

pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix

pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

cup butter, melted
1/2
cup milk

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped, divided
1
cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, divided
1
cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.  Beat first 4 ingredients with mixer until well blended. (Dough will be thick.)  Press half onto bottom of prepared pan.  Bake 10 min.

SPRINKLE half each of the chopped chocolate and nuts over crust.  Microwave peanut butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec.; spread over nuts.

ROLL remaining dough into 13x9-inch rectangle between 2 sheets of waxed paper.  Peel back top layer of waxed paper; flip dough onto top of dessert.  Remove remaining waxed paper.  Sprinkle with remaining chocolate and nuts; press gently into dough with spatula.

BAKE 15 min.  Cool 1 hour.   Refrigerate 4 hours before cutting into bars.

The Center for Disease Control has now confirmed that the flu is at epidemic levels. Right now it is widespread in 41 states.

So far the CDC says there has been 2257 hospitalized and growing daily. There have been 18 deaths among children, and there has been no tally among adults yet.
